The morality
of the majority of the Indian males is very poor and their mentality is also
very dirty. So the shameful crimes against women like molesting and rape-cases
are increasing day by day in India. Most of the molesting and raping cases
happening in our country never come to the notice of the public. Only a few
cases of molesting and raping come to everybody’s knowledge. It is high time
for all citizens to give a serious thought over these shameful and
heart-breaking crimes. Our sisters and daughters have to change their mindset
and should never think that they are weaker than their male counterparts.
It is my
earnest suggestion to all ladies not to be nervous when she has been attacked
by a male counterpart. Instead she should try to calm down and take a long deep
breath and try to adopt some self defense tactics to save themselves from the
heinous activities of the mean and characterless uncivilized people.
All ladies
should carry knives, chili powder, pepper spray and be prepared to use them in
self-defense as and when they have been attacked. They should adopt such
self-defense tactics before they call police for help to avoid getting hurt
before the police arrive. Among the
above, pepper spray is the most effective one. The pepper spray will help women defend themselves against any man who may
harass them by making him unconscious for more than one hour.
It is
worthwhile to mention here that there is a provision in the law that says a
woman can attack the culprit in self-defense. A woman can raise an alarm,
injure her attacker and then call for police help.
Besides, all
police stations should deploy women officials so that it becomes easier for
women to walk in and register a complaint as and when required. So, let us
unite and fight the heinous crimes against women like molesting and rape cases.
